Lead Program Administrator

As a Project Coordinator (Lead Program Administrator) at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting industrial automation projects within the PAS-Small Projects Vertical, mainly focusing on Power & Process Divisions Projects. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met within time and budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will also be in charge of maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in industrial automation, power plant operations, project management, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Project coordination for multiple clients and related vendors - Ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth execution and delivery - Coordinating with Factory and other stakeholders for the readiness of Control Systems for FAT at the Shop floor - Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise - Efficient execution of new projects to achieve targeted business numbers - Closure of legacy projects to maintain revenue flow and avoid penalties - Stakeholder management, including clients, vendors, and internal teams - Operational excellence, compliance, and safety management to reduce risks Responsibilities for Internal Candidates: - Work closely with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and support project execution from inception to closure - Report daily progress to the Project Manager and take proactive actions - Proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work - Coordinate with the internal cross-functional team like Factory, Procurements, Logistics, Stores, and other relevant functions to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly - Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and execution by developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals and deliverables - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success - Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation - Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols Qualifications for Internal Candidates: - Education: Bachelors degree/ or BBA, Project co-ordination experience in Industrial Automation DCS/ PLC/ SCADA projects, or a related field. CAPM certification is an added advantage - Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in industrial automation and project management - Skills: Strong understanding of commercial T&C, industrial automation systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, & Cyber Security Products), excellent project management skills, proficiency in project management software, MS Office software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to power plant operations and automation About Us: Honeywell helps organizations solve complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
