Lead Product Manager- US Employee Benefits

As a Lead Product Manager at UKG, you will guide agile scrum teams, provide direction and clarification throughout the project, and manage requirements. Your role will involve planning and prioritizing the feature backlog and development, collaborating with Product Managers to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with the product strategy. You will be responsible for backlog management, iteration planning, elaboration of user stories, and mitigating impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals. Your responsibilities will also include providing functional demonstrations of products, assisting in drafting and editing product-related documentation, and supporting product launch by working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management in the Benefits domain, hold a Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, written, and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and in team-oriented structures is also crucial. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management in the Benefits domain - Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Superior written and oral communication skills - Experience working with Employee Benefits, Human Capital Management software, Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies, Enterprise SaaS software solutions, and commercial product management experience or similar is preferred.
