Lead Product Manager- US Employee Benefits

UKG is seeking a Lead Product Manager who can guide agile scrum teams, offer direction and clarification to the Agile development team throughout the project, and create, prioritize, groom, and manage requirements. As a Lead Product Manager at UKG, you will play a crucial role in planning and prioritizing the feature backlog and development for the product. You will collaborate with Product Managers to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with the product strategy. Your responsibilities will also include providing backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, as well as actively mitigating impediments impacting the successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals. Furthermore, you will be involved in providing functional demonstrations of products, assisting in drafting and editing product-related documentation, and working with cross-functional teams to support product launch. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Product Management in the Benefits domain, hold a Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline or possess an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential, along with superior written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. The ability to work independently and in team-oriented structures is also crucial. Preferred qualifications for the Lead Product Manager position at UKG include experience working with Employee Benefits, Human Capital Management software, Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies, Enterprise SaaS software solutions, and commercial product management experience or similar.
