Lead Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Taking end-to-end ownership of the feature development of the product/application.
• Working with the Engineering team to develop the code, guide the team, and troubleshoot the issue.
• Discussing the product roadmap with the stakeholders.
• Providing technical guidance to the team members.
  

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product development.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and other JavaScript frameworks.
• This is an individual contributor role (90%).
• Hands-on experience in designing and architecting the software product.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design using Figma.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks, including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• 2-5 years of IT experience in full-stack/front-end development.
• Working (hands-on exp) with React/Node technology stack and Microservices framework.
• Desirable but not mandatory working experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• Experience in working with complex systems/applications.
