Lead-Product Development & Collaboration

As the Lead-Product Development & Collaboration at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be instrumental in driving growth and success for the organization. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the product development and collaboration strategy for the Retail Banking division, specifically focusing on the Startup Banking segment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for product development and enhancement. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and provide ongoing support. - Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as startups, fintech companies, and financial institutions to foster collaboration and drive innovation. - Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities for product development and collaboration. - Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements. - Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and collaboration, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. - Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, particularly within the startup segment. - Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
