About the Product Excellence Team
The Product Excellence Team is committed to driving product impact and market relevance by integrating strategic vision, compliance expertise, and customer needs. This team ensures alignment of product development with regulatory updates, evolving market demands, and client expectations. By acting as a bridge between clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, the team plays a critical role in enhancing product adoption, thought leadership, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Expertise Advocacy: Stay updated on GST, e-invoicing, and tax regulations; act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and provide insights to internal teams.
Client Engagement Product Adoption: Conduct training, workshops, and ongoing engagement to drive product adoption and maximize feature utilization.
Strategic Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor insights, and regulatory changes to inform the product roadmap and market positioning.
Issue Resolution Compliance Support: Work with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve client challenges and ensure compliance alignment.
Product Development Quality Assurance: Provide business logic and regulatory insights to product engineering and QA teams for effective product development.
Pre-Sales Documentation Support: Assist in pre-sales processes, RFPs, and maintain up-to-date product documentation to enhance user experience.

Requirements

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in GST direct tax litigation, compliance, and tax technology solutions.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of litigation workflows, tax regulations, compliance management, and government interactions.
Skills:
o Deep understanding of GST, e-invoicing, and tax compliance frameworks.
o Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
o Experience in stakeholder management, regulatory liaison, and advocacy.
o Excellent communication skills for webinars, training, and client engagements.
o Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive product excellence.
