About the Role:

Exp - 12+ years

Location - Thiruvanthapuram/Trivandrum

Work Mode - Hybrid

Notice Period - short joiners

Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  requirement analysis and solution assessment

• Translate business requirements into

  functional specifications

• Coordinate with development & product teams for

  solution implementation

• Support

  Functional Testing SIT, UAT & production shadow runs

• Identify and recommend

  product enhancements

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact for client communication

• Provide

  troubleshooting and functional support

  to clients
• Maintain

  documentation of requirements & project updates

What You Need to Succeed:

• Functional experience in

  Retail or Corporate Banking

  , especially

  Pricing, Billing, Rates & Fees

• Ability to define

  functional/business architecture & data relationships

• Experience with

  requirements elicitation, JAD sessions & documentation

• Basic knowledge of

  Cloud architecture, APIs & Databases

• Hands-on experience with

  Functional Testing UI, data flow, configuration

• Tools:

  Microsoft Office, Jira

• Strong

  communication & client engagement

  skills

Additional Advantages:

• Ability to present product capabilities to customers
• Familiarity with

  Interface Data Mapping & Specification Document creation

• Experience in

  stakeholder coordination & proactive communication
