Experience of leading team in an automotive environment, Hands-on engineering and possess knowledge of sheet metal production processes & equipments (mechanical/hydraulic press etc.), working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD, knowledge and experience of PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, six-sigma, good communication skills
