Job Description

Optimize and maintain the global spare parts pricing model in collaboration with key stakeholders to maximize value capture.
Partner with regional sales teams to reinforce and optimize discount structures based on customer segmentation and commercial priorities.
Establish and implement a new pricing operating model with checks and balances to ensure the accuracy and reliability of pricing data.
Act as a pricing SME, provide expert support to global and regional functions through in-depth pricing analysis, with market-based and competitive insights.
Drive the development of pricing intelligence capabilities in collaboration with regional service sales teams.
Design and implement pricing strategies for future new business areas, such as tool rentals and additional service offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, business analytics, commercial strategy, or a similar domain.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to work with complex datasets to impact business decisions.
Experience with SAP, SAC, or any pricing and analytics tools is a plus.
