Lead Plant Finance

You will be responsible for leading and managing the plant finance and supply chain activities with a focus on vendor management. Your role will involve heading the finance function for the plant, including determining financial objectives and designing and implementing systems and procedures to ensure internal financial control. Additionally, you will review Capex proposals, service contracts, logistic contracts relevant to BU's, and ensure their alignment with business requirements, financial terms and conditions, justification of price, taxation, and budget availability. Your responsibilities will also include formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to identify differences between projected and actual results, and implementing corrective actions. You will contribute to improving working capital utilization through inventory analysis and recommendations. Furthermore, you will be accountable for implementing and maintaining a robust internal control environment within the manufacturing units and providing support through ad-hoc analysis on manufacturing and supply chain business decisions. Qualifications, Experience & Skills: - CA or ICWA qualification - 10 - 15+ years of experience in a relevant senior plant finance role - Advanced experience in Finance and Manufacturing environments - Strong exposure to ERP, preferably SAP, and Product Costing - Strong automotive industry experience - Experience with Electric Vehicles (EV) is a plus.,
