Job Description

Lead Planning Engineer

Note: Only Planning Engineers with Experience is Applicable for this Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and generate S-curves, progress reports, and lookahead plans.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align material deliveries and design milestones with site execution.
Support construction teams by sequencing site activities effectively and preparing micro-level plans for critical work fronts.
Track resource requirements, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Conduct delay analysis, identify critical path deviations, and prepare recovery and mitigation plans as needed.
Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Participate in client and contractor meetings, presenting schedule updates, risks, and corrective actions.
Support preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and time-impact analysis based on schedule variations.
Ensure compliance with planning procedures and maintain accurate documentation for audits and project control records.
