Lead Performance Tester

As a Lead Performance Tester, your role will involve driving testing efforts, resolving system bottlenecks, and ensuring optimal performance in collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead performance testing efforts across projects - Design and execute tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad - Analyze system metrics including CPU, memory, and response time - Collaborate with teams to fix performance bottlenecks - Support CI/CD pipelines and mentor junior testers Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in performance testing - Expertise in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad - Strong knowledge of web protocols, APIs, and database performance - Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Grafana - Proficiency in CI/CD integration and scripting skills, including JavaScript and Python In addition to the job description, the company is looking for a candidate who can join immediately or within 7-15 days.
