Lead Performance Tester

As a Lead Performance Tester, you will drive testing efforts, resolve system bottlenecks, and ensure optimal performance in collaboration with development, QA, and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead performance testing efforts across projects - Design and execute tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad - Analyze system metrics such as CPU, memory, and response time - Collaborate with teams to fix performance bottlenecks - Support CI/CD pipelines and mentor junior testers Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in performance testing - Expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad - Strong knowledge of web protocols, APIs, and database performance - Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana - Proficiency in CI/CD integration and scripting skills in JavaScript and Python (Note: The job is a full-time position that requires the candidate to join immediately or within 7-15 days.
