We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead People Analytics Specialist to join our team at EPAM Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people analytics and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive people analytics strategies to drive business growth.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on people-related matters, including talent management and development.
Develop and maintain databases and systems to track key performance indicators.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership through reports and presentations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in people analytics, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications.
