Job Title: Lead - Paid Media

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven individual to join our Paid Media department as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in managing Paid Media campaigns across various platforms and industries. As the Lead - Paid Media, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's digital marketing strategy and achieving our business goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Lead a team of Paid Media specialists to maximize campaign performance and ROI
Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 4 years of experience in Paid Media with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Experience managing and mentoring a team of Paid Media specialists
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
