An exciting opportunity is available in the Operations Sourcing department for the role of Lead Packing Material & Contract Manufacturing for Indonesia geography under SAPMENA (South Asia, Pacific, Middle East, North Africa) zone, based in Mumbai. As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering key job responsibilities related to Packing Material & Sourcing for Contract Manufacturing for South Asia Pacific (spending 30 M Euros). Job Responsibilities: CONTRIBUTION TO BUSINESS GROWTH - Anticipate business needs and act proactively, proposing valuable options using internal and external resources. - Manage purchasing performance, support process improvements, and ensure data quality. - Demonstrate financial understanding and analyze impacts on plant P&L. - Formulate recommendations based on supplier and brand P&L analysis. CREATE VALUE and OPTIMIZE COSTS, QUALITY & SERVICE - Manage launch processes and supply management efficiently. - Optimize costs, lead savings agenda, and implement productivity projects. - Develop market intelligence and cost forecasts, manage KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. TRANSVERSAL OPTIMIZATION and AGILITY - Optimize the value chain, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve lead times and service levels. RISK MANAGEMENT - Control risks, operate responsibly, and negotiate with integrity. MAXIMIZE SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP - Build an integrated ecosystem with suppliers, create preferred customer relationships, and drive supplier performance improvements.
