As a visionary Presales professional, you will be joining a dynamic team in Mumbai, India, dedicated to revolutionizing the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical using Salesforce applications. Your role involves collaborating with industry leaders, showcasing innovative capabilities, and driving impactful change through cutting-edge technology solutions. Your passion for driving business outcomes and embracing digital transformation will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with Sales teams to navigate territories and build relationships with prospects and customers. - Lead outcome-driven conversations to understand and define customer business requirements. - Co-create future visions for customers on the Salesforce platform to drive digital transformation. - Bring visions to life through compelling product demonstrations. - Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to expand expertise. - Act as a liaison between product and enablement teams to drive solution evolution. - Share expert perspectives on the business value provided by solutions. - Provide thought leadership on driving customer success through digital transformation. - Conduct successful discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business challenges. - Build innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking. - Engage with business users to develop solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes. - Create roadmaps for partners to implement solutions effectively. - Present and articulate the business value to managers and executives. - Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs. - Collaborate as an excellent teammate and contribute to shared knowledge. - Demonstrate knowledge of integrating cloud applications with existing business applications. - Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree or equivalent relevant experience. - 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry, specifically in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions. - Relevant Industry Experience in Retail & Consumer Goods. - Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation. - Experience in demonstrating customer engagement solutions and constructing business cases. - Experience in solution selling to Enterprise customers. - Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.,
