Role Overview: As a member of Bank of America, your role will involve processing branch operations related activities, managing cash counter, and handling trade and treasury transactions with accuracy and speed to meet defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently process cash management and trade and treasury transactions - Ensure processing is completed within the specified TATs - Responsible for effectively processing transactions - Engage with clients to build strong relationships and manage their expectations effectively - Generate new ideas and contribute towards process improvement Qualifications Required: - Graduation with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience or MBA with 1-2 years of experience in Banking Operations - Basic knowledge of Banking operations required - Efficient handling of trade and treasury transactions - Proficient in managing the Cash Management Process for the branch - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage high volumes with accuracy - Ensure compliance with reporting/response deadlines - Implement adequate controls and support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements - Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and peers across branches for job-related activities - Contribute towards department efforts in continuous process improvement and enhancing productivity rates,
