QUALIFICATION: LLB and Bar Council Member EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 years of experience in PQE: ideally gained within a top corporate/ bank / financial institution or alternatively, with a reputed firm. Ability to analyze complex legal issues SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Demonstrates clear, precise, and professional communicationboth written and oral. Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability. Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work. Action-oriented and results-driven. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Would be responsible for Treasury related transactions which include domestic and overseas lending and security creation deals. Should have experience in negotiating deals to raise funding for different divisions within the company as per internal requirement & prior experience in advising companies or clients on preferred positions to be taken for domestic and international lending transactions. Coordinating with external law firms and providing internal advice on various syndicated and structured financing deals. Strong verbal & written communication skills; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate •Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressures & demanding clients. Sound experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple, often complex projects simultaneously.
