Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance and compliance reviews to uphold quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Track guest feedback and initiate corrective actions to improve overall service levels.
  • Ensure timely resolution of guest issues and complaints.
  • Support the General Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Control departmental expenses to achieve cost-effective operations.
  • Lead, guide, and develop department heads and their respective teams.
  • Build a positive, performance-driven work culture emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
  • Identify and drive initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to meet occupancy and profitability goals.
  • Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives
