Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance and compliance reviews to uphold quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Track guest feedback and initiate corrective actions to improve overall service levels.
Ensure timely resolution of guest issues and complaints.
Support the General Manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Control departmental expenses to achieve cost-effective operations.
Lead, guide, and develop department heads and their respective teams.
Build a positive, performance-driven work culture emphasizing teamwork and professional growth.
Identify and drive initiatives for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to meet occupancy and profitability goals.
Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives
