About the Role

We are seeking a Lead/Principal Engineer – Mobile Application Development with deep expertise in native Android and/or iOS app development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications while leading technical discussions and client interactions. This role requires a strong communicator with hands-on coding experience and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance native mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices.
• Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — UI/UX, backend, and QA — to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in native mobile app development (Android and/or iOS).
• Proficiency in Kotlin/Java (for Android) or Swift/Objective-C (for iOS).
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration frameworks.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills – ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with Flutter or React Native.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading a small team.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Technology or related field is required.
