Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365) person to lead the ERP implementation, customization, and continuous optimization across our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail) and Microsoft POS programming, with a proven track record of managing large-scale ERP transformations in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
Lead the end-to-end ERP lifecycle: planning, implementation, customization, upgrade, and support.
Experience in Microsoft POS programming.
Drive change management and process improvement initiatives
Ensure proper documentation, training, and adoption among internal teams and end users.
Build, mentor, and manage a ERP team - developers, consultants, analysts.

Preferred candidate profile

15+ years in ERP systems, with at least 8 years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Provide technical leadership in Dynamics D365 F&O, Commerce (Retail), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
In-depth hands-on development experience with X++, .NET/C#, LCS, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps
Hands-on experience in 2 full-cycle implementations of D365 in the retail domain.
Deep understanding of Microsoft POS architecture, customization, and integration.
Drive change management and process improvement initiatives across retail functions.
Strong understanding of Power BI, SSRS, and data integration techniques.
