Lead MEP Design

As a highly experienced Lead - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in the Real Estate industry at Adani, your role will involve overseeing MEP activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the MEP team in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP activities for projects - Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate MEP systems into project design - Developing innovative solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in MEP systems - Managing MEP budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement activities - Conducting site inspections and quality audits to ensure workmanship and safety standards - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the MEP team - Staying updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems - Coordinating with project management teams for timely delivery and successful handover of MEP systems Additionally, you should have the following qualifications: - B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - 18-21 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proven track record of successfully leading MEP projects for mixed-use and hospitality developments - Demonstrated expertise in implementing sustainable MEP solutions Your experience should include delivering MEP design for Hospitality-led mixed-use development, retail, office, etc., with a strong project management background. You should have demonstrated skills in design coordination with various stakeholders and a thorough understanding of project management principles.,
