Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
