Lead IT Business Analyst

As a skilled Lead IT business analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the development team to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions. You should have a strong background in business analysis techniques, methodologies, and experience in data analysis and interpretation. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights. - Develop and maintain detailed business and functional requirements. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. - Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team. - Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. - Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with five (5) or more years of work experience. - 4+ years of experience in business analysis. - Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus. - Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+). - Familiarity with project management tools and software. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with creating and maintaining project documentation. - Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) processes. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.,
