As the Lead Business Systems Analyst at Honeywell, you will be tasked with spearheading the analysis, design, and implementation of Subscription and License Management business systems, specifically Zuora and Flexera. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with various cross-functional teams, gather business requirements from stakeholders, and develop technology solutions to address those requirements. By conducting system testing and ensuring quality assurance, you will play a crucial role in delivering reliable and efficient business systems. Additionally, you will offer technical guidance and support to the team, utilizing your expertise and experience to drive successful system implementations. Working out of our Gurugram, Haryana, India location on a Hybrid work schedule, you will have a significant impact on the organization by utilizing your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the development and deployment of BA Digitization strategy in Subscription Billing and License Management Functions - Defining a compelling contemporary IT-strategy vision for Subscription Billing and License Management - Leading all BA IT initiatives in Subscription Billing and License Management areas - Contributing to project risk management and making plans to mitigate risks - Leading functional workshops and ensuring the adoption of the Global Design Model (GDM) - Creating a roadmap for the Subscription Billing and connected strategy portfolio - Collaborating with various teams to ensure the stability of common processes and systems in Recurring Revenue Monthly processes and applications - Identifying and delivering business benefits for the Subscription Billing function - Optimizing Subscription Billing processes and supporting system implementations according to the IT strategy and roadmap - Actively participating in problem-solving and resolution of deployment conflicts and business gaps Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience with Subscription Billing Process (Applications - Zuora and Flexera) - 5 years of experience leading projects with multi-site cross-functional teams - 3 years of experience in team management - Proficiency in operating effectively in global networks and across all IT Functions - Track record of working effectively with third parties to support business objectives in a co-sourced model Desired Skills: - Cross-functional knowledge in Engineering, Finance, Pricing, and Subscription Billing - Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills - Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills - Financial modeling ability About Us: Honeywell is dedicated to helping organizations tackle the world's most complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
