Lead Investor Relations

As a Lead Investor Relations at Websol Energy System Limited, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating the company's investment narrative, ensuring transparent disclosures, and enhancing investor confidence. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategy & Messaging:** - Define and own the IR strategy aligning with the company's growth trajectory. - Craft and articulate the investment case including strategy, financial modeling, growth drivers, and risk profile. - **Disclosure, Reporting & Regulatory Compliance:** - Oversee preparation and publication of financial results, investor presentations, and analyst briefings. - Ensure full compliance with stock exchange, SEBI, and relevant regulatory norms. - **Investor & Analyst Engagement:** - Build relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. - Lead roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst meetings. - **Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop:** - Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment. - Provide insights to senior management on market expectations and potential enhancements. - **Support for Corporate Actions & Growth Initiatives:** - Assist in capital raising efforts, M&A, and greenfield expansions. - Coordinate with legal, finance, and strategy teams for these initiatives. - **Communication & Internal Collaboration:** - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in messaging. - Prepare senior leadership for investor interactions and media engagements. - **Crisis / Reputation Management:** - Develop response plans for adverse events and ensure transparent communication. You should have a Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or CFA qualification with a minimum of 18 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets. Additionally, strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
