Lead - Investor Relations

Role Overview: As an Investor Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading the investor engagement and financial communications for the company. Your strategic mindset will be essential in enhancing transparency, building investor confidence, and supporting capital market activities. The ideal candidate for this role will have deep financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of the NBFC landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy aligned with the company's financial and strategic objectives. - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies. - Prepare and deliver quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and strategic updates. - Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and annual investor events to promote engagement and transparency. - Stay abreast of market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to offer strategic insights to senior management. - Ensure timely and compliant disclosures in adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, legal, and strategy to maintain consistency and accuracy in external communications. - Handle investor queries with professionalism, clarity, and strategic alignment. Qualification Required: - MBA/Post Graduate in Finance from a reputed institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or any other Tier 1 institutes) or CA. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, preferably within NBFCs or BFSI. - Proficiency in financial analysis, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information to various stakeholders. - Experience in managing investor relations during fundraising, IPOs, or strategic transactions is highly advantageous. - Demonstrated high integrity, discretion, and stakeholder management skills.,
