Lead Inside Sales

Your role as an Inside Sales Representative at Brick&Bolt involves being the first point of contact for the company. You will analyze customer needs, move service requests forward in the conversion pipeline, and consistently exceed sales and revenue targets. Managing service requests to ensure customer engagement throughout the service lifecycle is a key responsibility. You are expected to be process-oriented, focusing on data-driven approaches to enhance the customer experience. Tracking service requests and ensuring timely completion of tasks are crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with the Product team to provide feedback for interface improvements is also part of your responsibilities. Taking ownership of service requests and seeing them through to project conversion will showcase your excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the initial point of contact for Brick&Bolt and analyze customer needs - Exceed sales and revenue goals consistently - Manage service requests and ensure customer engagement throughout the service lifecycle - Develop efficient processes for an exceptional customer experience - Track service requests and ensure timely task completion - Collaborate with the Product team to enhance the customer interface - Take ownership of service requests and lead them to project conversion Qualifications Required: - High energy levels with a proactive approach to goal achievement - Experience and enthusiasm for customer engagement - Strong clarity of thought and communication skills - Previous experience in customer engagement and inside/outside sales - MBAs preferred - Background in construction or real estate industry is a plus Brick&Bolt values a culture of perpetual improvement and creativity in achieving goals.
