Job Description

You will have the end-to-end responsibility of creating solutions and commercial responses for proactive and reactive requirements in the context of business development, new business acquisition, and extension of existing business. Your role will involve working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to design a winning solution as part of the bid response while adhering to the guidelines of the Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include establishing and managing the pursuit calendar, structuring the bid through templates, formatting, and tools, as well as bid resourcing which involves forming a bid team comprising various internal and external stakeholders. You will need to understand the problem statement and identify any missing information to develop appropriate queries. Engaging with internal and external customers to scope questionnaires and solution discussions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing internal governance, ensuring that sales delivery practice approvals and sign-offs are obtained before the proposal is submitted to the client. Your role will require you to create differentiated solutions that meet customer requirements, provide detailed articulation of solutions, and ensure their completeness. You will also be expected to formulate reusable bid components for maximum utilization and develop winning themes, SWOT, and competitor analysis for the pursuit. Certifications required for this role will vary based on project requirements.,
