Lead Implementation Engineer

As a part of Hitachi Digital, you will play a crucial role in leading the complete end-to-end customer experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and resolving critical technical issues, prioritizing customer issues, providing peer mentorship, and designing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Leading the complete end-to-end customer experience and ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges - Researching, documenting, and prioritizing customer issues - Providing advanced technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction - Designing and implementing high-scale distributed systems - Developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform - Investigating and resolving complex technical issues - Debugging production code and providing detailed technical explanations to users - Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolution To excel in this role, you should bring: - 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce and PSA systems - Salesforce Administrator certification required; Salesforce developer and Salesforce App Builder preferred - Strong understanding of force.com data model - Experience with integrations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components - Proven track record of solving complex technical issues and leading cross-functional teams Hitachi Digital is a global team of professional experts working on projects with real-world impact.
