Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture.

• Strong proficiency in frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.

• Demonstrated proficiency in architectural principles and design patterns for enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience developing solutions in one or more cloud environments: AWS, GCP, or Azure (mandatory).

• Good knowledge of cloud-native compute, storage, and networking services (preferred).

• Strong understanding of APIs, Web Services, Microservices, and familiarity with API Management Gateways.

• Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools such as:

  • Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, Maven, Gradle, Rundeck

• Strong understanding of security principles across all phases of the SDLC, including code security.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

• Proven ability to lead teams of 10–15 members to design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions to production.

• Experience mentoring team members, guiding them to build high-quality, scalable solutions, and troubleshooting issues.

• Experience analyzing user stories, providing effort estimates, and ensuring timely delivery as a team.

• Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new transformation technology stacks.

• Strong exposure to Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) development methodologies.
