We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software components, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate should exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with leadership potential.
Interpret application/feature/component designs and develop accordingly.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with coding standards.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
Reuse, improve, or reconfigure existing components where appropriate.
Contribute to design documents such as HLD, LLD, and SAD.
Apply design patterns and proven solutions to optimize performance and maintainability.
Review code for peers and ensure adherence to development standards and practices.
Estimate effort, resources, and time for development tasks accurately.
Execute and monitor release processes and configuration management plans.
Create and review unit test cases and test scenarios.
Collaborate with testing teams, provide clarifications, and ensure quality delivery.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and identify improvement areas.
Track and mitigate defect trends proactively.
Manage delivery of assigned modules or user stories.
Align with project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
Adhere to compliance and complete mandatory trainings on time.
Understand the client's domain and provide context-aware solutions.
Interface with customers to clarify requirements and conduct product demos.
Present design options and technical solutions effectively.
Set and manage FAST goals (Focused, Accountable, Specific, Transparent) for self and team.
Mentor team members, provide feedback, and maintain a motivated and engaged team.
Handle team dynamics, aspirations, and performance issues constructively.
Adherence to coding and engineering standards.
On-time delivery and compliance with project timelines.
Number of defects and technical issues (pre/post delivery).
Quality of code reviews and documentation.
Completion of compliance training and certifications.
Customer satisfaction and delivery quality.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant domain or technology certifications preferred.
