Lead I - Software Engineering

As an Intake Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the intake and validation of requests from project/product delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the single-entry point for all requests and ensuring their completeness in terms of scope, approvals, dependencies, and timing. - Providing effort/usage/cost estimates to stakeholders before committing resources. - Categorizing and routing requests to the appropriate owners such as Environment Manager, Change Manager, or Incident Manager. You will also be responsible for coordination and communication by: - Maintaining dashboards/reports on request pipeline, SLA status, and upcoming allocations. - Proactively communicating request progress, blockers, and approvals to requestors. - Collaborating with the Environment Manager for demand forecasting and scheduling feasibility. - Aligning with the Incident Manager on access/service requests. To excel in this role, you should possess the following mandatory skills: - ITIL Certified / ITSM Certified / ITIL Process Management - ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) - Ticketing Tools / Incident Management - Release Coordination - Service Request Management/Environment Management - DevOps or SRE experience - Non-Production Environment Support - SDLC Lifecycle Knowledge - Strong Communication Skills Qualifications that are preferred but not mandatory include: - Telecommunication domain experience - Understanding of end-to-end flow or architecture - Testing background/experience to help in understanding E2E flows If you believe you meet the requirements outlined above and are interested in this opportunity, please email your resume to mallikat@amrapali.ind.in, mentioning your current CTC, expected CTC, and Notice Period.
