Lead I - Sales Support

As a Business Proposal Manager at UST, you will be responsible for independently managing business proposals for large-scale deals, collaborating closely with Client Partners, Delivery Leaders, and Services. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - End-to-End Proposal Management: - Organize, plan, and track bids. - Work closely with sales, account services, and other teams to create compelling proposal responses for RFPs, especially for new and complex technical solutions. - Understanding Customer Requirements: - Lead discussions to drive the creation of a winning proposal by understanding customer business problems. - Solution Narrative Development: - Ensure clarity on key elements required for the overall solution narrative. - Organize Pursuit Discussions: - Lead and coordinate discussions with support functions such as HR, Legal, and Finance for timely and high-quality proposal responses. - Stakeholder Management: - Manage very senior stakeholders within the organization with confidence and effective communication. - Status Updates and Issue Resolution: - Provide regular updates to sales leadership, highlighting challenges and issues for appropriate interventions. - Proposal Packaging: - Finalize proposal documents by formatting and packaging them for submission. Candidate Expectations: You are expected to manage large, strategic deals by driving solution definition, creating compelling win themes, and ensuring the proposal response highlights differentiators and a strong value proposition. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with an in-depth understanding of the proposal process and superior business writing skills.
