Role Description Job Title : Data Scientist Location : Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), data analysis, and machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms, with experience in programming languages like Python and Java. This role involves designing and implementing machine learning models and working collaboratively within a team to drive innovative solutions. A passion for problem-solving and strong communication skills are key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, with a strong focus on NLP tasks. Apply advanced algorithms and data analysis techniques to improve model performance and scalability. Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to integrate machine learning models into production systems. Continuously optimize and fine-tune existing models based on new data and emerging techniques. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python and Java. Troubleshoot and debug machine learning models and pipelines. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and NLP technologies. Effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders. Must-Have Skills Machine Learning: Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Deep understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks. Data Analysis: Strong background in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets. Database Management: Experience with managing and querying databases. Programming: Proficiency in Python and Java. Mathematics & Algorithms: Deep knowledge of mathematical concepts such as probability, statistics, and algorithms. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of large language models (LLMs). Understanding of software architecture and data modeling. Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments. Experience Range Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role. Education: BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
