Job Description

You have 8-12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a Lead role. Your expertise lies in Core HR functions and technical recruitment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with legal requirements and managing employee lifecycle processes. For technical recruitment, you will drive the recruitment process for technical roles. This involves managing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of specialized talent. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. Please note that we are specifically looking for Lead profiles and not Manager or Senior Manager profiles. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The job requires you to work day shifts at the office location.,
