Job Description

You are Responsible for

Conduct preliminary reviews of cases to determine scope and urgency.
Conduct investigation as per process
Review certain cases in detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of fact-finding.
Provide subject matter guidance to Partners and monitor case progress
Ensure strict adherence to SLA, compliance standards, internal SOPs and labour laws.
Coordinate with the ground investigation team to gather facts and evidence
Handle high-severity, sensitive, or escalated cases directly.
Support Manager with clarifications and guidance on fact-finding.
Initiate closure discussions with complainants and relevant stakeholders with empathy and professionalism
Handle escalations and TAT breaches proactively, reporting to the Manager.
Identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues and suggest process improvements to the Manager.
Monitor investigation workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive timely closure
Tracker updation , Dashboard to stake holders, Analytics
Conduct root-cause analysis and identify trends or systemic issues.
Maintain audit readiness and ensure case documentation compliance
Proactive tasks like creating awareness and building capability on policies and processes with People Managers
