Job Description

1.Managing, design, configuration and implementation of IBM NetappStorage. 2.Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills. 3.Provide Tier 2 support for backup server related issues as required. 4.Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd workinghours and weekends as per the work requirements. 5.Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, thesolution for global infrastructure . 6.Candidate should be able to work independently and complete the task. 7.Candidates should have strong experience in storage, recovery,troubleshooting, performing proactive maintenance and optimizing performance. 8.Candidates should have experience in handling CIFS NFS file sharemanagement. 9.Perform activities related to install, configure and managing SAN devices,Storage and fiber switches. 10.Administer Brocade director FC switches as well as blade chassis FC devices. EMC Storage.
