Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive the design of enclosure, silencer, base, and cooling system for gensets, and lead the design team.
Control cost to maximize margins.
Support the sales team for customized products by ensuring timely release of BOM and specifications.
Highlight key issues during BOM preparation and escalate for resolution.
Respond to reviews of SOF requirements and approvals for scope of supplies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for closure of FTR and readiness of new products.
Participate in engineering change request discussions and share updates with the sales team.
Coordinate with sales team for release of technical documents.
Review electrical schemes for integration of DG sets with other panels.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with fixed deliverables.
Encourage best-in-class and innovative solutions as per requirements.
