Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Drive Design of Enclosure, Silencer, Base , Cooling System for Gesnset and lead

team.

Has to control cost to maximise the margins.

Support complete sales team for customised products for timely release of BOM and

Highlight key issue during BOM preparation and timely escalation for resolution.

Responsive to regular reviews of SOF requirement and approvals for scope of

supplies.

Coordination with cross functional team for closer of FTR / New product readiness

Participate in engineering change request discussion and update sharing with sales

team

Coordination with sales team for technical document release.

Review of electrical schemes for integration of DG set with other panels.

Able to work on multiple projects on same time with fixed deliverables.

Encourage best in class and Innovative solutions as per requirements.

Skills required:

B.E Mechanical/Electrical engineer

Minimum experience 15 to 18 years

Deep Knowledge about Product design, jobs specific to DG sets.

Basic knowledge of Engine mounting and integration in DG set.

Use expertise in engineering / design / reciprocating engines / Gensets to help resolve

urgent issues with current products.

Demonstrated proficiency utilizing mechanical engineering skills to analyse technical

requirements.

Ability to apply appropriate skill set to design and packaging of complex components

within Pro- E

Preferred to have knowledge of process (Casting, forgings, fabrications, sheet metal

components, piping,) electrical schematics. Mechanical Design,

Proficiency in managing technical and organizational assignments.
