Exposure in ME preferred. Skills Required:- Understanding of basic principles of Faade like Rain screen, drainage and pressure equalization. Understanding of different building movements and their effect on faade design. Handle bespoke designs of faade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems, etc. Material properties of different alloys of Aluminum & Steel AutoCAD 2D & 3D 3D software Understanding the sequence of installation. Good to have- Knowledge of hands-on experience of 3D design software like AutoCAD 3D, Inventor, 3D Max Key Performance Indicators Delivery timeline adherence (BOM/Shop drawings) Design/Shop drawings approval by consultant Train the design team
