Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement customizations using scripting languages like JavaScript or HTML. Develop and manage catalog items such as workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline IT processes. Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation and provide technical support to end-users. Job Requirements : 5-11 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features and ability to leverage them effectively. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript) for custom development. Experience working with various types of integrations including API integrations.
