Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generator, based in Noida. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research, managing databases, and employing various methods to generate leads. The role involves active communication with prospective clients via phone, email, or other channels to introduce our services and solutions. Additionally, the Lead Generator will maintain records of all contact details and follow up on leads to facilitate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Experience in lead generation, market research, and prospecting
• Proficiency in using CRM software and managing databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the communication services industry is a plus
