Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 1–4 years of experience in research and identifying prospective contacts and decision-makers through various online platforms such as LinkedIn & other online platforms. The ideal candidate be responsible for new business opportunities, initiating conversations, and generating warm leads for our sales team via LinkedIn, company websites, email, calls, and industry databases. This role plays a crucial part in fueling our sales pipeline and requires a strategic mindset combined with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and generate high-quality B2B potential leads and decision-makers within the United States & Canada market through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other online platforms.
  • Utilize Cold Email Outreach, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to connect with potential clients and generate interest in our digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and emails to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development and generate interest.
  • Build targeted outreach lists and launch personalized engagement campaigns using LinkedIn, email, industry tools, and cold calling.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lead interactions in CRM tools like Zoho and Pipedrive.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new lead generation tools, and changing buyer behavior.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or business development-preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Must have experience in research, calls, and emails to generate new leads.
  • Must have experience in the digital marketing services like SEO, SMM, Web Design & Development market.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms for prospecting.
  • Confident in making cold calls and crafting email sequences that convert.
  • Confident with client-facing interactions via phone and email.
  • A self-starter attitude-you take initiative and follow through.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current CTC.
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule

  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (US Time Zone)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
