Lead Generation Specialist- Upwork

About the Role:
Monk Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist who can work on Upwork and manage end-to-end freelance project acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance portals.
• Create, submit, and manage proposals based on client requirements.
• Identify potential leads, understand their needs, and offer suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
• Track and report lead conversion, performance metrics, and project updates.
• Research and analyze new markets, trends, and platforms to enhance business reach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, SMM, Web Development, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously.
• Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days’ notice.
