Job Description

As a Recruiting and Lead Generation Professional at Guidepoint, you will play a crucial role in connecting with Advisors and Experts in the United States to expand our Expert Network. Your responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation:** - Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, and industry-specific databases to identify and generate potential leads. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for recruitment purposes. - **Recruitment:** - Initiate contact with potential candidates through email and phone outreach. - Screen and qualify Advisors and Experts according to company standards. - Assist in completing online quantitative market research surveys. - **Communication:** - Maintain professional communication with potential leads. - Create compelling outreach emails and follow-up communications. - Engage and qualify leads through phone calls. - **Data Management:** - Update and manage accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. - Generate regular reports on lead generation and recruitment activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Fluent in both written and spoken English. - 2-4 years of proven experience in lead generation and/or recruitment. - Familiarity with US business culture is advantageous. - Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools. - Strong internet research skills. - Highly organized with keen attention to detail. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently. - Ability to work during US business hours.
