What You’ll Do

• Identify and research potential clients in target markets
• Use LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and lead-gen tools to build a strong prospect list
• Craft and execute cold outreach via email, calls, and social channels
• Qualify leads based on budget, decision-making authority, and project fit
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to create targeted campaigns
• Maintain accurate lead data and track pipeline progress
• Monitor KPIs and optimize lead generation strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
