We are gearing up for Gitex 2025 in Dubai and looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and qualify potential customers who would benefit from our platform.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (e.g., QA Managers, Heads of Engineering, CTOs)
• Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
• Send initial outreach messages (email or LinkedIn) using pre-approved scripts or cadences
• Qualify leads based on company size, QA maturity, use cases, and intent to explore automation solutions
• Coordinate with Aquila’s internal team for warm handoff of high-interest leads
• Maintain accurate records in a simple CRM or shared spreadsheet

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in SaaS or tech
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Apollo, or similar
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly lead goals
• Prior experience targeting mid-size to enterprise customers is a plus

Preferred but not required

Experience working with QA or DevOps tools

Previous exposure to Gitex or similar tech expos

Engagement Type

Freelance / hourly contract (~10–15 hours per week)

Potential to convert into part-time or full-time role based on performance and fit

Fixed hourly + performance bonus for qualified demos booked
