Lead Generation Manager (B2B sales)

We are looking for an experienced Lead generation specialist, especially with email marketing, social media, LinkedIn & Whatsapp marketing to join our growing marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Generate Leads / Prospects via different channels (Cold calls, Email Marketing and Campaigns, Social reach out via LinkedIn etc. )

• Responsible for nurturing new prospects, identifying business opportunities, and connecting prospects for a call/meeting with the team.

• Engage with C-Level, VP and Director level contacts of midsize and large companies.

• Making outbound sales calls and understanding customer requirements, pitching accordingly and fixing appointments for meetings.

• Understand the potential clients for the business.

• Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest.

• Accurately record and enhance prospect information in our CRM system.

• Work with management to continually improve the lead qualifying and reporting processes

• Work on increasing revenue realisation.

Setting up email & Whatsapp marketing outbound campaigns

• Reaching out to those POCs through email marketing and Linkedin.

• Develop an entire funnel for outbound leads from scouting data to getting the first meeting done.

• Closely working with the content team and suggesting ideas and improvisations for the email content.

Qualifications:

• Min 6 months of experience in email marketing & sales navigator

• Profound knowledge of multiple email marketing tools for data mining, EMS, Spam checker, Bounce rate, etc.

Minimum 6 months experience in B2B sales, marketing agency or related fields.

• Strong communication skills and influencer marketing knowledge.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Deep content writing and creativity skills

• Ability to achieve targets

• Strong reporting skills
